You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
To initiate a return, please contact us at babyblossomshop44@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In case of exchanges, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible at no additional cost.
Certain items, including personalized products, hygiene-sensitive items, and sale items, are non-returnable. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions before purchase.
